These are the herbs we reach for from the first sniffle of fall until spring. There’s a tea and a tincture for when you feel something coming on, and a gentle cup to rest & recover.
Good for: families heading into cold and flu season and people who like to be ready before they need it. The echinacea label includes dosing for kids.
Every herb in this bundle was grown and hand-harvested on our farm in Uxbridge.

• Boost Tea (echinacea leaf, Swiss mint, calendula, rosehips, hibiscus): our bestseller. It’s both delicious, beautiful, and helpful to keep you primed to fight things off.
• Defence Tea (yarrow, elderflower, peppermint, ox-eye daisy): yarrow, elder and peppermint are a classic herbal trio for when you’re under the weather. Drink it hot.
• Goodnight Moon Tea (lemon balm, catnip, chamomile, oatstraw, spearmint): Sleep is the best medicine. This is a gentle cup the whole family can share before bed.
• Echinacea Root Tincture: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and upper respiratory tract infections. It works best taken at the first sign of a cold or flu, taken in frequent doses through the day for a short stretch. A good echinacea makes your tongue tingle, and ours does.

How to Use
Keep Boost as your daily cup through the colder months. When you start to feel off, switch to Defence and the echinacea tincture. End the day with Goodnight Moon.
Recommended Dosage For Echinacea Tincture: Take at the first sign of infection.
Children 2 – 4yrs: 0.8ml, 3 times daily.
Children 5 - 9yrs: 1.5ml, 3 times daily.
Adolescents 10-14yrs: 2ml, 3 times daily.
Adolescents and adults 15yrs+: 4.5ml, 3 times daily.
