Shipping Update for U.S. Customers (as of Sep 24, 2025)
We’re temporarily pausing shipments to the United States. Recent changes have made cross-border shipping too costly and uncertain, and we want to ensure everything is clear and reliable before resuming. We truly value our U.S. customers and look forward to serving you again soon.

We ship anywhere in Canada!

Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. (Note: Often, there is no price difference in shipping from 1 pouch of tea VS shipping 5 pouches of tea).  There are different tiers based on a weight range). 

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are typically shipped out within 5 business days. If your order is urgent, send an email to hello@foggyriverfarm.com after your placing your order, and we will do our best to send it sooner! 

FREE Pick-Up in Uxbridge, Ontario

at The Bridge Social:  64 Brock St W, Uxbridge, ON L9P 1P4

At checkout, you can select the button "Pickup in Store" for FREE Local Pick-Up at The Bridge Social coffee shop in Downtown Uxbridge. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Order are typically ready in 3-4 business days. 

RETURNS

We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product to allow us to assess for a full refund. 

Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.
