SLEEP is our classic bedtime tea, filled with herbs to help settle swirling thoughts and a busy mind. It’s grounding and relaxing, without grogginess the next day.
Inside the Blend
Valerian flower is the star here — traditionally used for restlessness and to help quiet a busy mind, and more delicate than the well-known root. Chamomile and lemon balm bring classic bedtime calm, while catnip adds an extra layer of gentle nervous system support.
Limited Edition includes reishi mushroom and oatstraw for deeper grounding.
How We Drink It
About 60 minutes before bed; paired nicely with a cozy spot, dim lights, and a good book. A little honey is lovely, too.

Limited Edition: Reishi, Oatstraw, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Catnip, Valerian Flower
*Valerian has well documented use as an exceptional herb for falling and staying asleep and for waking without the usual grogginess of other sleep aids. In a small percentage of the population, valerian has the opposite effect – it can cause agitation, giddiness, restlessness, and sleeplessness. We want you to be informed, in the case you’re one of the approximately 3-5%.
Our belief is that it's worth finding out if this wonderful herb is a good fit for you.
