This bold, bitter, no-nonsense blend was made for when your body needs backup.

Inside the blend:

Yarrow leads the charge: a traditional digestive bitter and diaphoretic, long used to support the body through colds, fevers, and inflammation.

Goldenrod brings high-antioxidant muscle, traditionally used to relieve congestion and keep things flowing.

Aster adds respiratory relief — historically used to ease coughing, loosen phlegm, and settle the lungs.

Sage rounds it out with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory depth, supporting immune function and soothing sore throats.

How we drink it

Brewed hot, with our favourite local Ontario honey.

Ingredients

Yarrow, Goldenrod, New England Aster, Sage

How to Brew

For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten, and enjoy.
