TUM TUM is a gentle, peppermint-free blend of herbs traditionally used in digestive formulas. It’s floral and grounding, with unique hints of almond.

Inside the Blend
 A classic “soothe + soften + settle” blend. Meadowsweet and calendula bring traditional digestive comfort, marshmallow offers gentle, coating support, and wood betony + lemon balm help ease that tense, stressy feeling that can show up in the gut.

How We Drink It
 After meals, or anytime digestion feels tense, tender, or just not quite right.

Marshmallow Leaf & Flower, Meadowsweet, Wood Betony, Calendula, Lemon Balm

How to Brew

For a hot cup: Steep 1-2 tsp of herb in 8fl oz of just-boiled water. Let steep 5-10min. For a more potent cup, steep up to 20 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

For a cold infusion: combine loose-leaf tea and cold water in a pitcher and let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Strain, sweeten, and enjoy.
