Rich with the knowledge of 16 generations of tea producers in Uji (Japan), Mr. Koyama offers us this amazingly accessible and addictive matcha. This fine green tea powder delivers an experience of exquisite intensity with its liquor bearing rich tastes of herbs and algae.

Ingredients

Matcha

How to Brew

HOT (makes 350 ml)
Whisk 2 g (1 teaspoon) of matcha in 50 ml of hot water (around 90°C).
Foam and add 200 ml of hot milk (plant-based or animal).
Sweeten to taste.

ICED (makes 350 ml)
Pour ¾ cup (around 180 g) of your preferred milk into a glass filled with ice.
In a small bowl, whisk 2 tsp (4 g) of matcha with 1 to 2 tsp of sugar into about 50 ml of hot water (between 75 and 95 °C), until smooth and slightly frothy.
Gently pour the matcha over the milk, stir if desired, and enjoy.
