Sales & Marketing Coordinator (part-time)
Our Location: Uxbridge, Ontario
Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week (schedule to be determined with the successful candidate)
Job Location: This is a remote-work position. Ideally located 60-90 minutes from our farm (Durham Region, York Region, or the GTA); *location can be flexible for the right candidate.
Compensation: Hourly rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications.

About Foggy River Farm
Foggy River Farm is a family-run herb farm in Uxbridge, Ontario. We grow medicinal and culinary herbs with care, from seed to cup and turn them into small-batch herbal teas, tinctures, and wellness goods. Our work is rooted in quality, sustainability, education, and transparency.
The Role
We are seeking a part-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help manage and grow our wholesale accounts while supporting our direct-to-consumer marketing efforts. This role blends relationship management, content creation, website assistance, and light administrative coordination. It is well-suited to someone who enjoys both creative work and organized execution. This is a super small-business environment, which means flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. There is potential for this position to grow, or to become a hybrid role combined with farm work. If interested, please indicate this in your application.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Growth & Account Management
- Outreach to prospective wholesale accounts
- Ongoing communication and relationship management with existing partners
- Supporting reorders, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Direct-to-Consumer Marketing
- Planning and creating email newsletters
- Supporting social media content and campaigns
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across communications
Website & Brand Maintenance
- Seasonal website updates and product page management
- Uploading product photos and new pages
- A basic understanding of SEO
Marketing Materials
- Creating print and digital promotional materials
General Coordination
- Light administrative tasks related to marketing and wholesale

- Marketing communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with our brand voice.
- The website stays current and easy to navigate.
- Marketing materials reflect the quality and integrity of the farm.
