Foggy River Farm is a small, private boarding, coaching and training facility located in the rolling hills of Mount Albert, Ontario, Canada.  Foggy River is owned and operated by Al and Sue Collins, past breeders of Champion Canadian Sport Horses since 1988.  Along with Edie Tarves, our resident trainer and coach we have been organizing and hosting Horse Trials, Combined Shows, Short Courses and clinics since 1990.

Edie's international competition career has included riding for the Canadian Eventing Team at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, and she was reserve rider at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.  She competed in the 1990 World Equestrian Games in Stockholm, Sweden and the 1994 Games in the Hague, Holland.  She was also a member of the gold medal eventing team at the 1991 Pan Am Games.  Edie's career has also included training and racing Thoroughbreds and Standardbreds.  She currently trains and competes young horses and regularly coaches Entry to Advanced level students.
